I've been playing Minecraft for a while and this and only happens for the past year. I'll just be playing MC when a random item from my inv just drops out of it (normally swords and blocks). It keeps happening even when im not selecting it?

What specific device are you using?
Please attach a short video showing the issue occurring. Many devices allow capture of previous gameplay video, when it next occurs, try that and attach the video.
Anything else that you can do to describe what exactly you are doing when the issue occurs would also be helpful.
