Projectiles from Ominous Item Spawners that are dropped on the heads of players and mobs during the Ominous Trial event do not have the same animation, speed and particle placement as in Java Edition and follow their own specific movements. Also, the soul fire particles that are generated when they are thrown in Java Edition are not present in Bedrock Edition.
Steps to reproduce:
Enter the Trial Chambers structure and drink an Ominous Bottle
Approach a Trial Spawner
Start your battle with the boosted mobs as the projectiles from the Ominous Item Spawners land on you and the mobs.
Observed result:
Projectiles from the Ominous Item Spawners have their own unique animation when launched.
Expected result:
Projectiles from the Ominous Item Spawners match the animation and particles of Java Edition

Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now.
