Villagers stealing already claimed workstations

i have a bunch of villagers in a pit all locked to beds, some jobbed and some not, and there always seems to be an issue where i will have a villager linked to a job and then one day i will check and there will be two. for example, there are 20 villagers. there is only one maxed out farmer out of all of these villagers and he is the only farmer. then one day i will come in and there will be a default level farmer next to the maxed out farmer, and when i break the composter, the default farmer doesnt lose his job but gets angry particles over his head. and no there isnt any other composters nearby. other times i will have like 5 librarians and one day a sixth random one will appear and one of my already existing librarians will refuse to restock.

the only way i can suggest to reproduce this is to get like 20 villagers in a pit all with beds and give one a job and level him up some and wait until another steals his job.

this has happened on my ps5, ios device, and windows 10 pc. all on 1.20xx versions i believe.

i used farmers as an example but this has happened with all types of jobs and ive even seen it happen on realms.

i will include a world save of my survival world that has one of these 2 farmer scenarios in it as a google drive link because the file size is bigger than 10mb.
