Armadillo can spawn in a non experimental world and can be brushed to drop scutes and wolf armor is craftable

Intentional behaviour, this was added in the recent Armoured Paws update.

As mentioned in the 1.20.80 changelog, Armadillos are now part of the non-experimental game.
