[MCPE-181915] Minecraft has a lot of delays when opening during loading and it appears that it is not responding on the Android system

Since the last version released I have had a lot of fps drops when loading the game, fix this

This issue also get worse when operating in the Nether with the game crashing at least every 5 mins.
