Buckets broken when player's inventory is full

I tried to get water through bucket when my inventory was full. But the number of empty buckets always incorrect after getting water. And I cannot pick up empty buckets with wrong number through click.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a water source block

2. Place a stack of empty buckets in your inventory

3. Fill the rest of your inventory with items

4. Switch to Survival mode

5. Collect the water using the empty buckets

Observed Results:
The water is collected and a water bucket is dropped. However, the number of empty buckets in the inventory remains unchanged, and the empty buckets cannot be picked up or moved to a different inventory slot.

Expected Results:
The water is collected, a water bucket is dropped, and the number of empty buckets in the inventory is lowered by 1.
