Heavy Performance Issues

Even tho the video used an addon, it is a thing that happen very frequently when playing with friends without addons. I use simple texture pack that weight less than a megabyte all together. And when playing, the game freezes for half a second-or more than 2-3 seconds (in the video there's an example). To have more information, it is a Xiaomi Mi 11 that is a phone known for overheating, but I use a cooler and have It around 28° and still it freezes for no reason. One thing that I noticed on some servers is that it ""unloads"" the things around him and reloads them immediately, such as chest, players, armors. And in this time the game completely freezes before being normal again. The video is of course, cut and compressed for being less than 10mb, but the device runs smootly 120fps then it randomly drops to 0 (I play with 5 chunks, no high graphics only smooth lightning) and the device can even do 120 at 12 chunks without problems. But it even will freeze randomly even at 5 chunks for no reason, again, is not the mod but a Minecraft problem since it happens a lot and I dont have enough time to make another video.
