My graphics drivers are fully up-to-date as is my Windows 10 OS.
Here's my PC specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor, 3600 Mhz, 6 Core
RAM: 32.0 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super
The Issue
I noticed for the past few days Minecraft started using up all 32 GB's of PC memory. While monitoring the performance tab on Task Manager I noticed the memory usage did not start climbing until I loaded any map, even newly created maps. Then it would quickly climb to almost max memory and make the game and my PC so slow I could hardly do anything.

That was the issue. Turned "Improved Input Response" off and restarted the game and it's running fine now.

We're tracking this issue at MCPE-179496, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
Do you have the "Improved Input Response" option enabled in Settings > Video? If so, does the issue still occur if you disable it and restart the game?
