Sorry for not saying a lot. I made it while the device I was playing on had no Internet while the device I had used to make the report did. I have a video but it is to large to post so I’ll try and explain it the best I can. If I use anything to break a block, it won’t give me the block in return. I’ve tried Grass, Wood, Dirt, Cobblestone, Wool, Carpets, etc. and it has not given me the block. For the questions, I’ve used my axe, pickaxe, and fist, I’m in survival so I’m not in Creative, at the moment I didn’t have any addons on, and it’s happened on multiple worlds.

I don’t know how it turned off, but Tile Drop was toggled off. So that was the Problem. Thanks!
