Hotbar size option is gone after update

With the automatic version change from the App Store, the option to adjust the hotbar size has disappeared. Previously, there was a setting for hotbar size under Settings > Touch, but it is gone after the update. The small size makes it difficult to select the hotbar in-game, almost preventing normal gameplay.

If this was removed intentionally, it should be rolled back. It doesn't make sense to have menu size adjustments for mobile but not for the hotbar size.
