Character and Skin are Invisible

My character, both in-game, and on the external screens (dressing room too) is completely invisible. All my owned skins are gone except Birthday ones. I cannot upload any skins or get files from my computer as a skin like before. When I choose one from my computer, it comes up as blank/invisible also. Reinstalling the game did not help. I don't know what else to do at this point.

I am also getting a message saying I cannot use my skin (which I have used for YEARS in a multiplayer world. It still doesn't load either way, even if I click "okay" to change from multiplayer to single player, so I'm invisible no matter what.
