When I open the world through the file manager, the import of the world fails on version 1.20, this did not happen.
This happens to other worlds too.
I transfer the worlds to zip and rename them to mcworld.

You've zipped the world incorrectly. The zip is supposed to contain the world files itself, not a folder containing the world files.
What it looks like right now:
3RQhZvsSAAA=.zip
3RQhZvsSAAA= (folder)
world files
What it's supposed to look like:
3RQhZvsSAAA=.zip
world files
