Steps to reproduce:
Obtain a mace with wind burst
Hit a mob and note how high it launches you
Wear Netherite armor and note how high it launches you
Observed result:
Wind Burst does not ignore Netherite armor's knockback resistance.
Expected result:
Wind Burst ignores Netherite armor's knockback resistance.
