Controls are not visible in game

I use a Micromax In 1 smartphone. After updating a game to the latest version, my in-game controls became invisible. I tried adjusting the controls, but it didn't work. I also reset them to default, but nothing changed. It did not happened before the update, they are only invisible not freezed which means I can still move around but it's not playable experience.
