Placing a painting in some places where it cannot be placed will still play the sound effect.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Place a top slabs next to the block
2.Place a painting between the top slabs and the block
Observed Results:
The painting will not be placed but the sound effect of placing the painting will still play.
Expected Results:
The painting will not be placed and the sound effect of placing the painting will not play.
