When a lot of data gets processed at once, I'll get a a bunch of messages asking to close the application. This makes it impossible to play the game, because as soon as I close the message I wont be able to do anything before being asked again. This makes Playing on servers really frustrating, because I'll get killed in the game while I'm closing the message. It's not the only way it can occur, but one way to replicate it is to join a friend's world, have them crash, and then try and join the world. It doesn't happen every time, but repeat that process a bit and then you'll see the message. I'll show a picture of it below.

I don't have PBR on, but I'm almost always using other Behavior Packs when I run into this glitch. That could very well be it. I'll test a little bit to see if it changes depending on whether I'm running behavior packs or not. If that's the case, I guess I'll experiment a little to see if I can increase the CPU. Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
