New very laggy PBR shaders

The new pbr shaders are very heavy even on cell phones, even with settings at minimum

ESo I think this happens to everyone who tries to test the new shaders on their devices, which could be cell phones, Xbox, PLS, PC, etc.

I know it's a bug already reported but I just want to remind you
