[MCPE-184325] Cannot use /tp when only "Use Teleport" is enabled

Steps to reproduce:

Disable all of your permissions except "Use Teleport", as the screenshot shows.
Type any teleport command, like /tp 0 100 0

Observed Results:
/tp doesn't work

Expected Results:
/tp should work

Can confirm that this problem exists on Android version 1.21.93.1 with no add-ons. When teleport permission is enabled, using the /tp command gives the error “Incorrect permission level for command: teleport”.
