Steps to Reproduce:
Use a pick with efficiency to destroy a wooden slab.
Observed Result:
It was unusually fast to destroy a wooden slab.
Expected Result:
Obviously Something like pickaxe isn't made to destroy wooden things, so the Efficiency enchantment on Pickaxe shouldn't work on wooden slabs. The tool with an efficiency enchantment which can boost wooden items' destroying speed should only be Axe.
