X Box on Minecraft cannot be played with other people unless Gamepass is bought, this Up until now has only Made joining worlds/Servers impossible. now however If you Go into a singleplayer world you are Not able to Chat and more importantly Not use certain commands Like /title.commands are a big Part of Minecraft and some are necessary for builds. while i get that /Titel is somewhat a Message it is unnecessary since playing online is already impossible. please remove this hinderence

Please check whether or not your Xbox privacy & online safety settings are setup correctly. Here is a guide on how to do so.
If you want to use chat-based commands like /say or /me with other people, you'll have to set Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites to Friends or Everyone, depending on who you want to use these commands with.
