Steps to reproduce (for Halloween Mash-up pack):
Ensure you own the Halloween mash-up pack
Attempt to create a new world with the mash-up pack's world template
Observed result:
Achievements are disabled by default, despite the world being created in Survival mode without cheats enabled.
Expected result:
Achievements are enabled by default.
Original description:
I show with images as it does not let me get achievements even if I put it in survival mode in bedrock, the strange thing about this is that it does not give any explanation of why it does not let me enable achievements in this mash up pack, while in the minecraft console edition version if I let me as long as I play in survival.
All this happens in the mash up pack Halloween and The Nightmare Before Christmas, I think it also happens with other mash up pack but so far I only know about these two.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Working as Intended.
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

I think this problem is exclusive to Xbox because the achievements enabled in the mash up packs do not appear even if I put it in survival mode without the tricks activated (attached new images).

Unfortunately you are not able to earn achievements in mash-up pack worlds. The issue with the pop-up not stating the reason why achievements are disabled should be reported separately.
