When inventory is full, occasionally my fourth hot bar spot will prevent me from putting items in that slot or picking up items in that slot. It does eventually work again and is an off and on again issue. Notice picture of items on the ground, yet it refuses to pick up items to the 4th slot. Only started with new update and in the last day (July 30th) that I noticed the issue.
