Minecraft for Windows (bedrock) ARM64 support

It comes to Windows 11 24H2 version and Windows does not support ARM(32bit) anymore.

So the Store version of Mincraft not Suppport arm64 seems a big question because now when download minecraft for windows in store,it automatic download X64 version which runs now very well.

It need to be ARM64 instead of X64,when running on newer ARM Surface device.X64 does not perform well in power consumption and lags sometime when system doing emulating.

@Umjia5895 It can be a bug because running ARM32 version on ARM64 is impossible since 24H2.And emulated X64 program in store cannot running well.😞
