The game has certain crashes that impact the experience, there were updates but it was not resolved and these crashes are already unbearable, I kindly ask for a fix so that we can have a more fluid game

Crashes such as these are logged automatically by the game or server and investigated further by the development team internally, so they are not generally kept on the bug tracker.
