[MCPE-185403] Sneaking while holding shovel or axe, can use bed and open chest, etc

Not sure whether it is intended, usually when you are sneaking, you cannot inteact with bed or chests.

But when you are holding shovel or axe, you can, which is annoying because you can accidentally open chest when you don't want to...
