I cannot create a new game because multiplayer is disabled

I am having this same issue as well. I cannot create any new worlds, and nothing I do will fix it. I also have that same “multiplayer disabled” message, but I’m not sure why that would prevent me from creating a world. The button seems to be broken.

Same issue here, have tried resetting account, uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting saved games, can only create a game once when running for first time on a new installation. Same error message as reported above.

I just disabled multiplayer in the world configurations and the button turned green and allowed me to create a world. I'm confused as to why it won't allow multiplayer to work though, I definitely don't have it disabled.

Just because a report was resolved does not mean that your issue was fixed. Please read the Bug Tracker Guidelines on how to properly use the bug tracker and what different Resolutions mean.

Are your Xbox privacy & online safety settings configured properly to allow multiplayer?
