Bundles don't show what is in bundles inside them until you reload your inventory

If you put items inside a bundle then put it in another bundle, leave the world, and rejoin, the items in the bundle get hidden until you reopen your inventory
Someone asked for pictures so here they are (ignore the overfilled bundle, that is a side effect of the bug that I found after reporting this)
