Note blocks placed above crafters don't play the harp

When you put a note block above the crafter and play it, you can hear the Bass Drum, while it is harp in Java Edition.

Note this bug is partially fixed in 1.21.50.20 (only heavy core)

Can confirm. Also can confirm that the heavy core instrument is fixed in 1.21.50.25.
