While loading the game, the textures are corrupted.
In the game menus they are fine, but once you are playing they are corrupted again.

Duplicate of MCPE-185947
I fail to see how this is a duplicate of MCPE-185947 at all. That ticket covers rendering issues in the sky appearing at random, in this ticket all textures appear to be bugged.
Are you using the latest version from the Google Play Store? If so, then please tell us your OS version and the model of the device you're playing on.
