Minecraft wont download on my device no matter what i do (i cried) :(

yes i reinstalled the Entire windows OS and microsoft store DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO DOWNLOAD Minecraft, i can download java and the launcher but when i download bedrock NO MICROSFOT SAYS NO BEDROCK, PLAY JAVA FOR THE RESET OF YOUR LIFE, and decided to not even let me download minecraft bedrock EVEN IN THE MINECRAFT LAUNCHER, i didnt provide video yet but yes i tried on launcher for some reason i can install preview but release? GAME SAYS ITS ONLY EXCUSE TO NOT LET ME ENJOY MINECRAFT BEDROCK (     *0x80070003*    ) THE ULTIMATE EXCUSE MICROSOFT STORE AND MINECRAFT LAUNCHER Never let me download the game, IVE BEEN TRYING AND SEARCHING FOR ALMOST 15 HOURS WITHOUT A SKIP, ive searched alot from reinstalling OS to deleteing files I EVEN TRIED TO INSTALL a .appx file for bedrock but it says the same EXCUSE,

im sick of trying to get minecraft windows 10, IM TIRED FOR REAL, i hope someone gives me the answer that took me 15 hours to not even find (and yes i dont have any other minecraft bedrock files on my other users)
