When mining sand with a stone shovel, the item count doesn't update until you stop mining

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a long line of sand

2. Obtain a stone shovel

3. Switch to Survival mode

4. Mine the sand with the shovel while holding down the forward and mine keys
