Extreme application lag when not using internet. Or offline mode Minecraft.

Got the same problem on 1.21.23, iOS 16.2, iPhone 13 Pro Max, flight mode. The startup progress bar works fine at the beginning but at 98%, the entire application immediately drops to 2~3 seconds per frame.

@benshan36 mine is iPad 7th generation. Likely with internal issue or something else. It will be no longer updated in next years. It could be memory problem
