Framerate Limit setting has less options in 1.21.30 compared to previous versions

Prior to 1.21.30, the Framerate Limit setting in Settings > Video had many more options to choose from. Now, it is limited to 30, 35, 40, 45, 55, 60, or Unlimited. This prevents users with a screen with a refresh rate higher than 60hz from capping their frame rate to their refresh rate without using external programs.

The solution if you're using a NVIDIA GPU is to open the Control Panel and select the Manage 3D Settings, from there you can set the maximum frame rate.
