[MCPE-186695] When trying to upload a custom skin, it tells me I need to make the file the right dimensions. However, my skin Is of everything it requires.

When trying to upload my custom skin, it tells me that I need to have the right dimensions and file type, however my file is of the required specifications. I am not sure why it does this, and I really would like to use my custom skin.
