[MCPE-186953] "Moon_Phase" only detects the first moon phase no matter what value is applied

attached is a screenshot of the value provided which should allow the entity to detect only the "New Moon" moon phase, but instead detects the "Full Moon" moon phase. no matter what numerical value is provided
