When I went to a pillager outpost to bring allays to my village I took them through the nether and when I passed the portal to go back to the overworld I saw that my allays had disappeared, I tried to recreate it and here is the video of what happened, I heard that it is a bug similar to the one in the Ender dragon portal, that if you throw an item into the portal it appears at coordinates 0 0 but at height 300000

I am experiencing this as well. I have been using allays in building my nether highways, but starting with 1.21.60, I have lost them after teleporting back and forth. One, I left on a leash in my overworld but when I came back, it, the leash, and the item it was holding were gone.
Hi thank you for your report!
Could you provide how many times did you walked through the portal to reproduce this issue?
This will help us understand the problem!
It did not take long. I was decorating my nether highway, so i was going back and forth frequently. It would take less than a half an hour before i noticed that one my allays were missing.
Thank you for your help!
However to further investigate the issue we will need a copy of the world that were used to reproduce this issue.
On Windows 10 you can use the Export world feature.
On Android or iOS you need to use a file explorer to navigate to Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds
On Xbox or Switch the only way is to upload it to a Realm, and then download the world on Windows 10 or Android/iOS. (Please do not purchase a Realms subscription just to provide a world to us - but if you have a Realm already this may be a viable option if you wish to do so.)
If the world is larger than 10MB you can upload the world to OneDrive or a similar file sharing site, and then share the link.
