Ever since the recent update my kids can't play bedrock at all. They play the IOS version on iPad and the bedrock edition on PC.
Whenever they try to join a friends world it just times out after hanging in the loading screen for 5 minutes, the same thing happens when they try to create a world on both iPad and PC.
I believe the issue is account related because when I try to play on my own account on PC and Android it works fine.

Are your kids using a non-default skin? If so, does the issue still occur if one of the default skins is used instead?
Hi thanks for your reply! I tried a default skin and it worked! Afterwards I tried creating a custom skin and using one from the marketplace and so far so good. Thank you for the help!! So is the bug with specific skins/items?
