Whenever I try changing my command block type to chain or repeat it doesn't change and it acts it's and impulse command. And you can't even do difficult commands like /execute /scoreboard and /testfor it's like it can only do basic commands like /tp /clear and /effect

This isn't a duplicate of MCPE-20304 in my case it also wasn't working, not just an output issue from the previous run and couldn't be fixed without a whole world save and reload.
One thing I noticed when the fault appeared was that the drop downs for condition and redstone became "stuck" both highlighted in green that Wouldn't clear
