Falling through map on return from the end

On exiting the end portal I am falling through my spawn into “ water” , half my castle is visible/ broken as I morph through floors and I finally “land” under my spawn point bed. This lasts for between 5 to 10 seconds and is terrifying.

 This has happened twice now since the last patch.

…a side note in that my cherry blossom cap also keeps being unequipped everytime I log in.
