I can't load Minecraft world

Well, I contacted Minecraft and they told me to do this, look for an issue similar to my case but I didn't find any so here it goes.

Well, one day I was playing Minecraft and apparently the game crashed and I had to turn off the device when I re-entered Minecraft, the worlds no longer existed, I don't know if it was because of the update or something else, when I contacted the help center . and through the suggestions of watching videos on YouTube I was able to recover the worlds but the problem is that Minecraft does not recognize them so they told me that it will report my error and well here I am. 

Be careful, I had already fixed the problem of Android deleting my worlds by cleaning the device (something that seems absurd to me since we should not be searching for folders within the game since that would be considered piracy of the games) well, here is my problem When trying to load the worlds it appears that the folder is not compatible with Minecraft.

Apart from that, I received bad treatment from the game's technicians.

And finally, I hope you don't tell me that it's an operating system problem because if Minecraft can't load them on this type of device, I don't know why it sells them.
