When changing the hotbar slots with the mouse or a control, then when staying in one, it returns to the previous slot, as if you had not changed.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
