[MCPE-1874] Sign Bug PLS fix

There is a sign bug with mcpe 0.6.1 galaxy s2 android. when a user quits the game fully and opens the game again, the signs will disappear. by diappear, the words would still be there but the wood background wont be. so the words are there but they are hard to see because of no wood background. leave game, join back, signs wooden background will disappear. pls Fix
