[MCPE-187526] Can't load into any world or realm online or offline

Every time I try to load into an offline world I get stuck on a loading screen that makes zero progress I waited 20 minutes with no progress. And on each realm I try to join it says I've been disconnected from it. This happened right after the most recent update.

Are you using a non-default skin? If so, does the issue still occur if you switch to one of the default skins?
