Steps to reproduce:
1. Give a mob the wind charged effect
2. Kill the mob that has the wind charged effect

Observed results:
The mob dies and releases a wind burst the size of a regular wind charge explosion

Expected results:
The mob dies and releases a wind burst the size of a breeze wind charge explosion
