[MCPE-187694] Redstone signal strength over 15

Put a book with an odd number of pages into a lectern and turn to the last page, taking a comparator output can yield redstone strength exceeding 15 but only in the one comparator. Flipping to the last page in a 5 page book gave signal strength of 29, because after subtracting 15 i was left with 14
