Character Creator Teeth

There is an error with the Minecraft Character Creator Teeth too.
It should not be like in the first picture as you cannot edit the color. However, in previous versions you could change the color and make a smile with the teeth as shown in the second picture.
The third picture shows the color palette not working to show a blue color border around the teeth.
The fourth picture shows another bug which sometimes happens and is set to brown and you cannot change color.
