Visual Bug: Harming potion looks like it's dealing damage on zombies, skeletons, husks, wither skeleton and strays but it's not hurting

So are you saying the mobs are not taking any damage, they just look like they take damage correct? and does this affect 1.0.0?

Yes. But apparently this bug has already been fixed.
