Sometimes the account login is successful but it doesn't allow you to play with your friends

Sometimes the account login works fine but it doesn't allow you to play online because it doesn't allow you to be seen in the friends window by your friends.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Minecraft and check if the gamertag loads correctly.
Observed Results:
Sometimes the gamertag does not load and does not allow other players to join the world.

Expected Results:
The gamertag loads correctly allowing other players to join the world via the friends window.
