Baby and adult foxes get stuck in scaffolding

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a scaffolding tower >>3 blocks tall.

2. Make a solid platform at the same level as the top piece of scaffolding.

3. Spawn a fox inside the top piece of scaffolding.

Expected result

The fox climbs or jumps out of the scaffolding onto the platform.

Observed result

The fox tries to climb or jump out of the scaffolding, but gets stuck and bounces.

A baby fox got into a scaffold and when it wanted to jump out it could not jump or move out of the scaffolding
