The end portal breaks when you break an end portal frame

The end portal breaks when you break an end portal frame and this doesn't match java.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an End portal and activate it

2. Break one of the end portal frames

Observed Results:
The end portal is deactivated.

Expected Results:
The end portal remains activated.
